License activation is automatic for cloud versions. For on-premise installations, open the software and enter your license key in the License section under Settings. The software will validate and activate automatically.
For AP Trusts: Windows 10/11, macOS 10.15+, or Linux with 8GB RAM and 2GB storage. For Business Trusts: 16GB RAM and 5GB storage recommended. Cloud versions only require a modern web browser.
On-premise: Use the built-in backup feature in File > Backup. Cloud versions automatically backup your data daily. You can also export individual trusts as needed.
On-premise versions work completely offline. Cloud versions require internet connection, but some features like document editing can work in limited offline mode with automatic sync when reconnected.
